Parkway CleanUp Success - Thanks To UB Rotaract and Other Helpers!
Saturday, Oct. 10, windy, cool, but dry; a good day, and a willing team of UB Rotaract Club members, plus several Grand Islanders, helped G I Rotarians collect 15 large bags of trash from the Beaver Island Parkway.
Its part of a pattern - Rotarians are People of Action, but that doesn't mean doing all the action alone! Teaming with other groups, such as the eight from the Rotary sponsored UB Rotaract, gets more done. We work as safely as possible, sometimes it is necessary to step into the roadway always watching for traffic!
