Dec 2, 2023 was very wet with temperatures in the low 40s, but that did not discourage Grand Island Rotarians and students from the Grand Island high school and Kaegebein students from answering the question, “What is Rotary”. The causes of Rotary International were on display during the Light up the Boulevard parade on Grand Island, which traversed grand island boulevard between Whitehaven and Baseline. The event was run by the Grand Island Chamber of Commerce and sponsored by local businesses.
